Processing returns, refunds, or replacements is handled on an individual basis, depending on the situation. Please note the following general guidelines:
1. Refuse Delivery You may refuse delivery of your package. Leave it unopened, circle the return address, and write clearly "Return to Sender" across the front. When we receive the package, you will immediately be issued a credit coupon for the full amount paid (less the return shipping charge which is assumed as your responsibility) and we will email you to that effect. You may then use your credit coupon for any future purchases through Mukwa Online, quoting the reference no. of your coupon.
If the value of the next purchase is less than the credit coupon issued, we will issue a further credit coupon for you to use, and so on, until you have used up the value of the coupon.
We only give a credit coupon in the case of a refused delivery - no cash refunds are allowed.
2. Goods Damaged If you accept delivery, please check that the item is in good order. If not, please notify us in writing by e-mail (info@mukwaonline.co.za) or post with 7 days of delivery.
